Error on loading historical data (20013)

Hi

I see the following error when I try to load a chart of TF 12-12 or TF ##-##.
"Error on loading chart data for 'TF 12-12 Nybot': Error on loading historical data (20013)"

I have seen this thread (http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=44140), but I would like confirmation that I should use the same process to correct the problem.

I have been able to work with TF 09-12 and TF 12-12 OK until last weekend.
Back test on TF ##-## is OK.
I use Kinetick real time and CQG (in that order).

Due to changes made at the ICE exchange previously Kinetick was no longer able to offer real-time or delayed data for ICE Exchanges, though historical may have been available.

Upgrades to the historical data servers enhanced further compliance with changes made at the ICE exchange previously, and has resulted in historical data for any instruments on the ICE exchange no longer being available.

If ICE historical and real-time data is required then this would be possible by converting from Kinetick to IQFeed. If you would like to migrate for the ICE data then please send an email to [email protected]

I have the same issue. Does anyone know which data services offer ICE historical data? I see IQFeed mentioned here. Any others? Thanks.

NinjaTrader also supports eSignal and Barchart for data only providers that support the ICE Exchange.
