    Login failed

    Hi,

    I have entered new demo acc of CQG and if I could connect to CQG, it wrote:

    Login failed: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use Ninja Trader with CQG

    Any idea what is bad?

    I have reinstalled nt7 with deleting folder in docments and problem is still here.

    Hello,

    Did you open up this demo through CQG Trader or through AMP Clearing?

    Currently the only CQG accounts that can be used with NinjaTrader will need to be opened through AMP. CQG Trader accounts will not be supported.

      On AMP futures sites i have registred for NT + CQG.

              I am trying to use a demo account with nt7. I have opened demo accounts with both forex.com and fxcm but when I try to connect to either using your instructions, my login and password are not recognised by the brokers.
              Any help would be appreciated.

                Login failed - NinjaTrader - CQG - WinXP

                Hi, I get the message 'Login failed: The FCM you are trying to connect to is not authorized to use NinjaTrader with CQG' when connecting to Continuum. The connection works fine when connecting from other win7 hosts. Thank you for any idea.

                  Hello,

                  Thank you for writing in.

                  This message means that the FCM that holds your account cannot use NinjaTrader with the CQG technology. If you are supposed to use Continuum, make sure that Continuum is selected as the provider for the account connection. This error leads me to believe that CQG has been selected.

                      Thanks for your post.

                      We have responded to your support emails, I ask that you please please refrain from creating multiple requests for the same item to ensure you get the quickest resolution to your request. Please respond directly to the email chain we have already established.

                      I do not see the brokerage you are trying to use listed as a supported brokerage with the platform. I also attempted to connect using all of our CQG-based adapters: CQG, Continuum, and NinjaTrader Continuum and could not connect with any of them receiving the same error message each time.
