Strange connection requests by NinjaTrader...

Hi,

I am wondering why NinjaTrader is sending requests to "scams bankafrique.com/grandcredit" and "Limelight Networks, INC"?

I have installed PeerBlock 1.1 to check outgoing requests done by my computer and noticed that only when NinjaTrader is running there are sent requests to above mentioned destinations. It is by HTTP with port number 80.

IP address to "scams bankafrique.com/grandcredit" is 216.251.43.17

IP address to "Limelight Networks, INC" is 95.140.228.39

NT version is 7.0.1000.11

Your blocking program seems to have an outdated list. Network addresses can change as hosts go out of business, or for other reasons.

nslookup shows that "216.251.43.17" now resolves to hostingc1.megawebservers.com, seemingly a network hosting provider. That being said, frankly, their website, by the very paucity of information on how to acquire service, does seem a tad suspect. ref: http://megawebservers.com/index.html

Limelight Networks is a content/network service provider. - ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Limelight_Networks

Edit: Removed all available RSS Feeds and both outgoing requests is gone.
