    Persistent Connection Lost Problem

    I have CQG data through AMP Futures. For the last couple of weeks NT has lost connection several times a day. This issue came to a head today where I didn't dare to trade because it happened numerous times. What is confusing me is that I am STILL connected to the internet. I can pull up any web site and connect to email through Thunderbird.

    I spoke to a local computer tech who stated that the issue must be related to NT software. He said that perhaps a virus, spyware or firewall may be causing the issue. Can you please help? I cannot continue to have these interruptions. I make my living as a trader.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please contact me via email (Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com) with the following so that I may investigate:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) A copy of today's trace file - you'll find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'd need the 'trace.20120914.txt' file.
