strategy placing incorrect orders ?

in the attached photos, you can see the strategy has incorrect position compared to chart.
in rsi discrepancy photo, the chart shows a low rsi which should have triggered a sell. But the strategy position is long.

Same thing with the falling adx photo. It shows both a long and short position as the adx turns up

Has anyone seen this before ?
How would a sync setting affect this ?
How would session settings affect this ?

I dont understand the rsi one especially.
