exporting grid to ms works not excel

has anyone had any luck exporting grids to works instead of excel ?

data is missing from columns when i use works as excel viewer.
have you experienced this ?

Hi Shane,

Thanks for your post.

As we discussed via email, the export function is intended to work with excel only. You would want to either get a copy of excel and transfer your data from excel to word or use the image option under grid to create an image of the grid you're exporting. Of course, we'll leave this thread open for the comment of others who may have an alternative which I'm not aware of.
