switching charts

I have a workspace that has 4 charts in each quadrant. Same instrument but differing time periods, each has more than one in its Data Series. There are Strategies on each one.

All work fine except when switching instruments via Linked MA one of the charts remains blank with a a RH scale showing 0 to 0.01 until I maximise it when it becomes normal and remains normal when switching back to the standard size.

I have played with the Auto scale without success.

Hello Alan,

Can you please disconnect your data feed. Go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Repair DB. Restart NinjaTrader and check if charts load the data as expected when switching instruments via the Market Analyzer.

If not, please exit NinjaTrader and go to C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Start NinjaTrader and check again.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files as well. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, switching charts' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
