Unable to connect with 32 bit

    Unable to connect with 32 bit

    Im using TT and my account is new.
    I have setup the parameters in NT correctly but when I launch
    the 32 bit NT, I get nothing except for the splash screen.
    When I disconnect internet, I can launch to the control panel but it
    says license servers are not connecting.
    W hat gives?

    Can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so that I can look into what has happened.
    • You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    • You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"


    Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

          How do you get off of sim?
          I connected to my live account and now I cant select my account number in dom.
          Also, why do i have to use the static dom?
          Endless questions I have.

            Hello,

            If you have your live license inputted into control center->help->License key then you need to go to Control Center->File->Uncheck Global Simulation mode to take the safeties off to allow you to trade live.

            Furthermore you can use either the static or dynamic dom. For questions on the static DOM vs dynamic DOM and setting you key to use what you like please contact sales at ninjatrader dot com and include your license key.

              Your information is correct, however, it does not solve the problem Im afraid.

                Will need some more details in that case, can you uncheck global simulation mode?

                If it is unchecked what accounts do you have in the drop down list for the order entry window?

                You may need to disconnect and reconnect after you have a live key in to load your live account if you do not see it in the drop down list.

                  I would uncheck it, but its already unchecked.
                  Sim 101 only.
                  Reconnect is not solving the problem either Brett.
