gc chart trouble

I am having trouble with GC charts with incomplete data.
have you seen a chart like this before ?

It looks like your rollover date for GC 12-12 may be set incorrectly.

dec gc has the highest volume now, thats why I was following it

Right, but I'm saying that within NT, you should check to see what your rollover date is set to. If it's incorrect (a date in the future), your chart might look like that.

The correct rollover date for GC 12-12 is July 28, not September 28. The GC october contract is illiquid, therefore you need to switch directly from August to December.

Use the following rollover dates, which correspond to volume rollover:

GC 06-12 -> 03/29/2012
GC 08-12 -> 05/30/2012
GC 12-12 -> 07/28/2012

Delete the offsets and NinjaTrader will recalculate them correctly, when you reconnect.
