gc chart incomplete

I am having trouble with GC charts with incomplete data.
have you seen a chart like this before ?

Shane,

It looks like you have a merge date or offset that may be set incorrectly. If you go to Tools > Instrument Manager > find the GC instrument, click "Edit" you then go to the "Misc" tab then scroll all the way down.

There should be a section titled "Contract Months" you can edit. Ensure that the most recent contract has a correct roll over date.

it has 9/28/12 for rollover date but nothing in offset box

Set the rollover date to 7/30/12 and your problem should be solved.

Unfortunately the rollover date for the GC 12-12 is incorrectly setup by default.
