CQG data feed issue

Folks, I'm having an odd problem with a demo account with CQG. I am getting updating price information in the control panel, but charts are not updating - they are frozen at whatever value is last loaded when I reload historical data. Just to test Ninjatrader, I connected NT to my live IB account, and charts are behaving normally. Any ideas? best, RK

Are you getting all bid/ask/last price on the Control Panel, or just bid/ask?

What instrument and expiry have you selected?

Are there any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thanks for the quick response:

1) I'm getting bid-ask, but no last (in the control panel)
2) I've tried: CL, ZN, GC, and 6B contracts (all front months)
3) No error messages. I've also sent an email to the data provider, so we'll see.

Hello,

The charts are based off last price. To test this further, you can right click on the chart--> select "Data Series"--> change the "Price based on" from last to either ask or bid.

If this is a demo, please let the provider know that you're not getting any last price, but you are getting bid/ask on this feed and they should be able to assist from there
