Broker wont give me live account, blames NT

My broker Alaron said they could not give me access via NinjaTrader because they claim NT is not opening any new accounts until the 28th due to the CBOT to CME transition.

This doesnt make any sense to me, since I already purchased NT, have properly connected to eSignal with no problem, and there is *nothing* in the instructions for setup other then... you need certain info from your broker and enter it here...

Its that certain info my broker says they cant give me.. does anyone know whats going on?

Just to be clear, here is exactly what they told me:

Due to the eCbot ./ CME migration, there will be no new Ninja accounts created until Monday Jan 28th (Chicago Time). We will continue to send user information to TT, however no new users will be able to trade until after this time frame.

Wait, I think I just connected the mental dots.

When they said TT, they meant Trading Tech, and I'm guessing that is a trade router, yes? So perhaps this is not NT specific, but has to do with ALL their external platforms, yeah?

Correct, they will not enable any accounts that use the TT technology until after the migration this weekend.
