Interactive broker data

I need help understanding if there are additional fees other than opening an account with IB (and fund it obviously!) in order to start trading with Ninja...

Quick recap:

1) NijaTrader license ($50/Month or lifetime license)
2) IB account
3) IB commissions fees

Is it all?

Any clue how much do they charge? Also I remember seeing a page on NT with a broker comparison. I can't find it anymore...anyone has seen it?

Bottom line I'm looking for the best broker and the lowest overall cost. Any help/feedback is appreciated!

Unfortunately, I do not have information listed how much IB charges. I suggest to contact IB for such information.
