Connection Loss Isue

Hello NT Team
I have a problem with my connection:
At the moment my internet is sometimes interrupted. Its only just for maximum 30 sec but serveral times a day (up to 5 times)
So i have the kinetik end of day connection and patsystems.. I configured in the options tab:
disconnected delay seconds :10
number of restarts attempts 20
restarts within min. 5
handling : keep running

The kinetik end of day will reconnect but not patsystems

Is it possible that patsystems does not allow a re-connection without restarting the NT software completley.
And if so would it help when i will adjust the disconnect delay seconds to a higher time frame?

Correct, unfortunately a restart of NinjaTrader is required in order to re-connect to Patsystems.

Please note that the settings you refer apply to automated strategies only. It defines their behavior during a disconnection. More information can be found at the link below under 'Understanding the NinjaScript tab'.

Is it then correct that when i restart the NT that my strategy will be still active if i adjust so?

How is it with Trading Technologies. Does the NT also have to be resarted (i am thinking to move to them instead of patsystems) (Or wich brokers do not need the restart of the NT?)

You will need to start your strategy manually if you restart NinjaTrader.

NinjaTrader does not need to be restarted to re-connect to Trading Technologies. I believe only MBTrading also requires a restart, the other supported broker technologies do not.

But how about the disconnected delay seconds as mentioned before
when i adjust that to 60 seconds would that help with patsystems?

No, because these settings apply to automated strategies, not connections themselves.

Can i adjust that somewhere that patsystems does not recognise immediatly that the connection is lost.
