NT wont start up

    NT wont start up

    hi
    It just freezes when starting up and says ninja trader has stopped working

    not responding and frozen after resetting sim101 account under tools and losing all my strategies.

    Do you lose all your strategies by resetting sim101 account ?

    cannot unfreeze it shut down computer 5 times and restarted NT 10 times

    Please send a note to Support[At]NinjaTrader[Dot]Com.

    Put ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.


    In your email, include the Log and Trace files for today.
    You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

    * The log file will be named log.20120902.txt

    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    * The trace file will be named trace.20120902.txt


    Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
