NTDirect Order Functions Not Working

Yesterday, for reasons unrelated to NinjaTrader or TradeStation, I reinstalled Windows 7. Now that I have everything reinstalled, I find that I am able to use the NT data feed, but I am unable to send orders to the NT platform. What could be missing?

Please let me know if you have followed all the steps at the link above and still cannot route orders.

Heh, it was the last step. I knew it was something simple, but I do that so seldom it just didn't dawn on me.
