Performance Tip Question

Under Miscellaneous:
•Within the Control Center window, select Tools > Options > Data and uncheck *"Save chart data as historical"

Using a data provider that provides historical data, when unchecking 'Save chart data as historical' box, then saving the open workspaces, closing NT and restarting, I'm finding the box checked again when reopening NT. Guess I don't know how to save the unchecked box.

Disregard the post, thanks, it saved the uncheck this time, not sure what I was doing wrong but problem is solved.

Thank you for your post.

It is possible that another process is accessing your NinjaTrader 7 folder in your (My) Documents folder, such as security or backup software. This would prevent NinjaTrader from accessing the files needed to save the change to the Save Chart Data As Historical option.

If you have any security software and/or backup software please disable them and test this once more.
If it works please ensure you add an exception to your security software for NinjaTrader and leave your backup software disabled when NinjaTrader is running.

Please let me know if the above instructions resolve this matter.
