Frozen DATA charts with last version.

Hello !
Excuse for the bad english.

I have an demo account by the broker mirrus and i licence key

I select a chart, for exemple the german DAX, but the data chart still frozen, and i must all ready reload the data chart by CTRL MAJ R to see the uploader price..

How to solve this ? I tested all things, but nothing works....

Hello philname,

Unfortunately Zen-Fire only supports futures and no indices, so you will not receive data for the DAX index.

If you refer to the FDAX future, please check if you see error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab when you select the FDAX. Likely Eurex data is not included as per your Zen-Fire demo connection. If this is the case, please contact Mirus Futures and check if they can include Eurex futures data as per your connection.
