I have followed your connection guide but I do not have TD Ameritrade listed in the drop down menu when trying to create a new connection. What do I do ?

Can you please send me the license key you have entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Att Jason, Td Ameritrade' in the subject header.

Could it be your license key is configured to connect to a different provider, which prevents you from selecting TD Ameritrade as provider?

Hi Jason -
Yep my provider is zen fire through Mirus but I also want to get stock quotes now through my TD account - obviously I still want to use zen-fire - is this possible?

Yes, this is possible upon upgrading to a multi broker license. You will pay the difference between a single and multi broker license. Please send us a note at sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com if you like to do so.
