    6E 09-12 CQG data on 8/27/12

    All of my other instruments loaded this morning, but no data from Sunday open and thruout the day on 6E haven't loaded. No connection issue showing in the log. Kinetick end of day (free) will not load 6E data either, but will load my other instruments.

    Thanks for your post.

    Please disconnect from CQG, then reset NinjaTrader's instrument list:
    • Open the Options menu. (Tools > Options)
    • Navigate to the Data tab and click 'Reset Instruments'.
    • Restart NinjaTrader for the change to take effect.



    After resetting the instrument list, reconnect to CQG and try reloading the 6E chart - data should be available.

      Doing this loaded Sunday evenings data, but stopped at 20:53 PST.

        Hello,

        Please select 6E in the Data tab of the Control Center window - do you see updates in bid, ask and last price or do these fields report 'n/a'?

          Yes, they are updating.

            Hello,

            Please right click in the chart and select the 'Reload All Historical Data' option - if the chart is still missing current data please let me know.

              Didn't work.

              However, I just created a new 6E chart and loaded my template and all is working fine. Any reason for the existing chart not to work?

                As we've not seen errors, I'm not sure why the other chart would not work for you however I am happy to hear that you've found a solution. If anything else comes up please let me know.
