Ninjatrader only loads in background

I did install Ninjatrader last week on my Windows XP based PC...

I tried to start Ninjatrader today.. both the 32 bit and 64 bit version....

When i start the 32 bit version... i am seeing the Startup screen of Ninjatrader
and after that it loads Esignal and tries to login to trader workstation...

Although Ninjatrader.exe is loaded in the Processes of Task manager, the application is not visible and it doesnt start on one of my monitors...

Does anybody know how i can solve this problem ?

In order to help you trouble shoot this, I will need you to email your configuration file.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml
Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an email addressed to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and a reference to this thread.

Same here. Won't load past the startup screen

I am also having this issue. I start my NT7 this morning, but it does not get past the startup screen. What do I need to do?

In order for me to help determine why this is occurring, I will need to review your log and trace files from the last date that this occurred.

Please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include your most recent log fole, Attn: Matthew in the Subject line and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.20121015.txt’
