How to get data from the right connection?

I created an instrument mapped to ^OMX at Yahoo. If I then establish a connection only to Yahoo, charting works. If I connect to both Kinetick and Yahoo, the instrument is not found. I thought that NT would try getting the data from Yahoo if it could not find the instrument at Kinetick.

Are you connecting to Yahoo first or Kinetick first?

If you are connected to both providers, NinjaTrader will attempt to load the data from the Primary connection. If it is not found, it will not currently check the secondary connection.

As long as Yahoo has been connected first, you should receive data for this product.

Having Yahoo as primary connection works better, thanks. I also found that the secondary connection is used if the primary connection does not have the sought instrument class at all. I currently set it up so I get data for index and stocks from Yahoo (primary), and other instrument classes fall back to Kinetick, as it is the secondary connection.
