Today's Log

Today, I am receiving some 20-30 cancels and then randomly an order will fill, for seemingly no reason, or sometimes it will not fill at all.

The log is attached as a pdf

Account is Sim101 in NT.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

*The "toy" just means something that is a stripped down version that isn't necessarily the whole logic. It makes things easier to rout out.
