Data not showing under EOD data feed and how do I have multiple side-by-side windows?

hi all,

Just downloaded NT with a trial for the data feed. But I'm having quite a few problems trying to use NT.

First of all, I have no idea where's the trial for the data feed. The only data feed option that works is the simulated feed. I don't have any login data for other feeds.

2. When using the simulated data feed, there is no data from the past? is this some feature of simulated feed? Then the spacing between the candles are too big. Adjusting the spacing with ctrl (arrow up) doesnt help.

3. How do I place multiple charts side by side in 1 window? so far I;ve been able to add 2 charts of different time frame on the same window.

4. Are the charts supposed to be on a separate window from the control centre?

5. Is there continuous charting? where the chart for an expiring contract month automatically continues to the new contract month.

I've created a new support ticket, not sure how to reopen the old one, but the guy keeps thinking I am trying to get the EOD kinetic data which I am using right now.

My question is on getting the trial information for other data providers.

I managed to get my trial data feed up and running.

Anyway I want to thank you, chris and ryan for all the help rendered so far. I believe I will continue to use Ninjatrader for quite some time.
