Cant Connect CGQ this morning (via AMP)

    Cant Connect CGQ this morning (via AMP)

    Been trying to connect this morning, I keep getting the error message "Login failed: Unspecified Login Error".

    Help please.

    Have just connected fine to a zen-fire demo account. Maybe the CQG servers are down? Is there any way of checking this?

      I could connect to CQG at my end.

      Can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
      • You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
      • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

      • You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
      • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"


      Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
