Another party and myself are both running the same code, but they get this error and I do not. Is there a likely cause?

We are both using TS 9.0. The exception occurred during routine use of code that we both have been running for a while. We have never seen any problem other than a memory leak which I have brought up in another thread and have taken steps to mitigate. It's possible this is the memory problem again because it occurred at the end of the trading session. I am trying to get the other user to determine if possible what the status of memory demand was at the time, but this is not likely going to be possible in this instance. In the meantime, I'll take further steps to reduce the number of function calls which is causing the memory leak.

I was able to recreate the error and it is definitely the memory leak, so I'll just be pursuing the remedy I referred to earlier.
