Can't get Super DOM to work

Hi,

I suspect I'm missing some simple step, as I know I used the DOM a long time ago (been working on strategies recently). I open a new DOM window, but the sim101 account is grayed out. I'm only connected to IQ Feed. This is a free license.

I only have level 1 data from IQ Feed, but I would still expect the DOM to display with just that single level of depth; at least that's how I recall it used to be.

Please right click on the SuperDOM and select Properties. Then in the SuperDOM Properties window select 'Show market depth', set to False and press OK.

The SuperDOM will use Level 2 data if 'ShowMarketDepth' is set to 'true', if false Level 1 data is used.

Hi Christopher,

I did as you instructed. The account selection list is still grayed out, so DOM is still non-functional. No price data or even the price ladder is being plotted. I do have an instrument selected for which I receive real time data.
