DTN Backfilling Historical Bid and Ask data

Hi,

I'm trying to get historical data back-filled from DTN IQ. When I go to the Historical Data manager and select to download the historical data it does not download anything (I am connected to the data feed).

I am looking to download the Ask, Bid and Last data for CL and ES contracts and have also tried opening a tick chart with the "Days to load" set to 30 days (I also tried 5 days, 1 day etc...) hoping it will back-fill the chart with the data but it doesn't.

I checked the supported types of data by DTN using the link below and it states that historical back-fill is available.

Can you please assist me with troubleshooting on why I cannot download the data.

IQFeed does not provide historical bid/ask data as per the following link:

To ensure everything is working as expected, are you able to load Last price for minute and tick charts?

Thanks for the quick response. I can download the Last Price data for minute and tick data.

The link shows that the Kinetick data feed does support the historical bid/ask data, is this data also available through the free Kinetick EOD data connection?

EOD would be Daily intervals only.

You would need a real-time subscription through Kinetick to access historical tick ask/bid data.
