KOSPI futures connection

I cannot get the instrument connection for Kospi futures via Esignal to work. Anyone knows the symbol mapping for this?

Are you able to load this contract in eSignal? If so, what is the symbol eSignal is using?

Yes i can load in esignal. Symbol is KSI U2-KSP. But i cannot load in Ninja using same symbol

KSI|KSP

Can you please send me an email with your configuration file so I may test your account on my end.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an email addressed to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and a reference to this thread

In further testing we found that the symbol map needs to be K2I|KSP - the data access would work as expected.
