Nasdaq not updating?

I am just tying out the market analyzer after watching a training video on it. I actually sent in a ticket and forgot that it would likely be answered faster but just posting here. The first problem I had was that after entering ticker symbols, no prices were updating. I found a post about data feeds and how NT will know which one to use. For example, I use IB and Kinetick. I have a data subscription with both. Anyway, the post indicated that NT connects alphabetically to whichever data feed is first. I renamed my Kinetick connection, "AKinetick" and now at least I am getting something. When I enter the symbols now, I do get prices for the NYSE BUT I am not getting updates to the NASDAQ tickers. Even if the market was closed, wouldn't I still get the last price or the ET price? I just got the connection with Kinetick started on Friday so I suppose there could be an issue but I am positive that I signed up for NASADAQ Level 1, so shouldn't I see prices? Please advise and many thanks.

I wonder if I have to be subscribed to Nasdaq OpenView to get this data. It is just bid/ask though which I though is included with Level 1.

I would suggest contacting Kinetick to verify you have this subscribed service here. It may be the best first step in resolving your issue.

Just to post for someone later, apparently when using Kinetick, there has to be at least one live tick before prices can be updated.
