Order manually exit ATM

Question: is it posible do enter an order with the charttrader but exit with a ATM strategy?

Yes you may enter your Entry Order manully with an ATM Strategy attached to manage the Exit of your position.

Thank you for you reply.
Sorry, I think my question wasn't specified enough.
I want to enter an order with the charttrader and exit that order with a strategy like this:

Exit long position - when MA cross below MA
Exit short position - when MA cross above MA

Currently within NInjaTrader there is not an option to have Chart Trader and an Automated Strategy which would be required for the exit, running on the same chart window however we appreciate your feedback and have assigned this feature request ID # 62 in our tracking system.

Something like this could be done but would require custom programming. If you yourself are not a programmer, any of the NinjaScript consultants listed at the following link could code this project for you:
