    Mapping SI,DX, Ironbeam, TT

Not sure if I should be asking this here or in an email, but when I spoke to IronBeam, they requested I ask you guys what is the correct mapping for SI and DX because it wasn't mapping properly. IronBeam uses TT and they said they were going to ask TT about mapping on there side. I am getting GC feeds so I believe that is mapping correctly.

    Thanks
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for writing in.

    SI:
The default symbol mapping for SI appears to be correct when I test here. That mapping is:

    SI|1000|CME

    DX:
Unfortunately, DX is not supported through the Trading Technologies connection. NinjaTrader is currently unable to support any ICE products via the Trading Technologies connection.

I have the mapping correct and am still not getting a feed for SI. What can I do to check to see if there is something else wrong on my side?

      Thank You

        Hi Michael,

Could you please select SI in the Orders tab of the Control Center window? Do you see updates in bid, ask and last price or is 'n/a' reported in these fields?

If you see 'n/a' reported, please reset your instrument list:
        • Disconnect from your data provider.
        • Open the Options menu (Tools > Options), then navigate to the Data tab.
        • Click Reset Instruments.
        • Restart NinjaTrader to complete the process.

After resetting, reconnect to TT and try a new SI chart.

          Hi Kyle,

It appeared as N/A so I did what you said and it still isn't working. I went back into the instrument manager and in the TT field it changed to SI|1000. My GC is also screwed up now, but I think that is because the it now has the wrong rollover date. What is the next step?

          Thank You
          Michael

            Hello Michael,

I'd like to test with your connection here. Please contact me with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

In the message, please include a link to this thread and a copy of your Config file. You'll find the Config file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
