performance results mismatch?

    performance results mismatch?

    Hello,

    The following two result sets are the same, but by hour and half hour. Why is the hour of 20:00 so different on each one? Is it because 20:30 is missing, and if so, why is it missing?

    If you backtest the SampleMACrossover strategy that comes with NinjaTrader, then can you get the correct values.

      Thanks for the reply. This is replay.

      Yes, so far MA has results which are correct, but it displays 20:30, so that's obviously the problem.

        Can you please send the strategy and your data base (NinjaTrader.sdf file) to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com

        You will locate the database in the folder <My Documents>\NinjaTrader 7\db\

        Please use the export feature of NinjaTrader to export the strategy. Please refer to our help guide to know more

          Hi,

          Sorry I can't do that. It wouldn't run on your system anyway since it needs files on my system. Could you please just ask dev how this can happen. It shouldn't be too much to figure out.

            I have already spoken to development and they asked me for the files so that they can investigate it further.

            If not the strategy then can you please send the database (NinjaTrader.sdf file) only. You can locate the database in the folder <My Documents>\NinjaTrader 7\db\

            If so then please email it support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com

            Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

            If the data base is more than 4 MB then please upload it to https://www.wetransfer.com/ and send the download link to us.

              I've initiated that, but do the trades in question need to be in the database, because I'd need to re-run the whole replay again.
