Is it ok to change ATI server port number?

hello, is it ok to change the "ATI server port" number from the default value to say 33251 or must I use the default value for NT to work properly and send orders smoothly?

this is the local port that my PC uses to "listen" for TCP packets of data. ie a listening TCP port. thank you in advance.

i prefer not to disclose the port default value for security purposes.

You can change the value Rod, but then your DLL interface SetUp call must need to reflect this as well - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h.../functions.htm

Optional function to set the host and port number. By default, host is set to "localhost" and port is set to 36973. The default port number can be set via the General tab under Options.
