Which shortcut has the Tokyo Stock Exchange?

I've tried to create a chart for the Topix future (Tokyo Stock Exchange), but it does not work

NT is connected withe the IB-TWS. The IB exchange symbol/shortcut for the Tokyo Stock Exchange is "TSEJ".

But in the instrument manager (NT: JTI Future) there are no shortcut "TSEJ".

Which checkbox must I activate ?

I think it might be best to leave the exchange setting as it is and instead check to make sure the symbol mapping is correct.

Hi Torso, what symbol mapping are you using for the JTI for IB? That would be listed in the misc section of the symbol setup, it should be custom mapping to use the TSEJ exchange.

I use the default Symbol

NT = JTI
IB = TOPX (in the misc section)

the IB symbol TOPX is the Topix Future (if using the TWS)

For data retrieval, please try a mapping of TOPX|TSEJ in your setup. For execution this would not be recommended as we would need to natively supported the exchange, I will add this to our product management feedback list here.

Apart from the stock market investing strategy one more thing needs to be taken in account, i.e. the holiday schedule of TSE.
