What time frame do you put the strategy analyzer ?

Hello RonSims,
Thank you for your post.
If your NinjaScript is using multiple time frames and has internal calculations of those time frames then the primary data series could be independent of those 3 and 6 minute charts.
However, for a faster load time of the data, you may want to use a Minute based chart such as a 1 minute.CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service

So if I put in the 1 minute on the strategy analyzer and I'm running the 3 and 6 minute on my ninja script, does that mean it would be 3 time frames?

Yes, it would technically be looking at 3 different time frames.
Primary Data Series - 1 minute or the time frame that the chart is selected.
The the two time frames that are called by the script.
Depending on how the NinjaScript is coded it may or may not reference the Primary Data Series.CameronNinjaTrader Customer Service
