No ATM Strategy or DOM working???

I switched from Zenfire to CQG today on data feed and had to convert my Ninja license ID. Now I no longer have the static DOM or am able to make an ATM strategy. What did I do wrong? I bought a life time license over a year ago.

Please help or advise on what could be the issue. Thanks.

Hi. I ll like to say that I ve had a similar problem since I applied for a lisence key and requested for a zen fire source. Basically I no longer am able to create or apply strategies.
