NtDirect not working

    NtDirect not working

    I have been using this routinely for some time doing development work. I use the external feed for market data. Over the past couple of days, I had a hard drive failure, so I had to rebuild everything. Once I restore my TradeStation files and installed the NT platform, I was immediately able to supply market data to the NT platform. However, now I can so longer send orders from TS to NT using the various NT functions. I don't see why it's not working any more when everything worked before. I'm probably overlooking something obvious, but I need some help.

    Nevermind, I just restarted all and it's working.

    To assist you further can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    • You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"



    Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

      Thanks, but everything started working once I restarted my computer.
