Missing data e-mini NQ 09-12

Hi ,
Please find attachment

For past three days NQ chart have every day few hours missing data . On end of the day are data available.
Data provider : Kinetick

Do have anybody same problem ?

Thanks for your post.

I do not encounter the same issue when testing here. Could you please reload historical data in this chart by right clicking and selecting the 'Reload All Historical Data' option?

If reloading data does not resolve the issue, please tell me which Session Template setting the data series in this chart use. To check, right click in the chart and select Data Series - next, select a data series (YM, NQ, etc) and check the Session Template setting on the right side of the menu.

I am already reloaded all historical charts and ES now have same problem . YM instrument show me live actual price but ES & NQ not . Those two instrument are just stopped. When I reload data I just get actual historical price for ES & NQ. The session temple : use instrument settings ; but I am changed this for 24/5 , 24/7 and problem is not resolved. NT has been restarted many times , but nothing change .

Where can be problem ?
