Grains tick charts strange after move to CME

Hi,

after the weekend and the move of the grains contracts from CBOT to CME, my grains tick charts look really weird, also issues with minute charts.

1. tick chart looks as if price had been divided w 100.

2. 1m chart is just very compressed, but seems to show the correct price.

Feed is Patsystems.

Anybody knows how to fix this?

I have looked into this and experienced similar results. However, the data for the past few days looked fine. If I scrolled back on the chart I received the same scrunched down data as you. Are you experiencing the same results?

Thanks Eamon, yes if I go back to last week, the chart looks fine, but the last couple of days both crunched and with the wrong price (at least with tick charts it is both). I'll send you an email.
