No data showing in Dynamic SuperDOM

Hi there,

I have NT7 lifetime license, and Kinetick Realtime data. I try to get the data for the CL 09-12 futures contract to show in the Dynamic SuperDOM, but no data is shown when I select the contract. Now, I'm talking about the CL contract, but it's basically any instrument that doesn't work.

The data does show up in the chart and the main frame.

Any suggestions? Comuter is brand new, I doubt that's the problem. Everything else works fine.

Btw, I have the same problem when I try the same futures but then for different delivery months. I do have the full CME subscription with Kinetick.

Can you check to see if your Kinetick account is subscribed to level II data?

With Kinetick, Level II data is required to receive data in the DOM. Market Depth is required for Level II for Futures.

Kinetick doesn't offer seperate Level II data for CME futures. You subscribe either for CME or CME E-mini. So I guess it should be included.
