How are you confirming that NinjaTrader is re-downloading this data when you backtest? From the control center when it says it is loading data?

Hello nailz420,
Please download the necessary data from the Historical data manager>Download tab and then uncheck the option "Get data from server (if available)" from Tools>Options>Data tab while backtesting and see if you can run it smoothly.
