    Question regarding futures

    Hi,

    I just add in my demo account 30 days of trial for futures.

    I'm trying to make a new chart with (for example) the TF (12-11)

    but I'm getting an error that I cannot load the chart

    Why is that ?

    Thanks for your post.

    The current expiry for the TF is the 09-12.
    Please rollover the expired contract.

    Please follow the instructions below to rollover the expiration date of a futures contracts.

    From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
    Highlight the contract you wish to rollover in the left side of the Instrument Manager window
    Press the ">" button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
    Press the "<" button and the instrument should re-appear with the front month expiration date

      Thanks for the answer.

      I done it but still have the same problem (the TF is now 09-12)
      (Showing the same error)

        So I may assist you further please answer the following.

        What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About

        Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

        (For a chart) what interval is selected?

        Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center?

            Thanks for your reply.

            So I may further test your account connection on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?

            You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
            (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

            Once located, please send an email to SUPPORT[AT]NINJATRADER[DOT]COM with the config.xml file as an attachment.
            Within the email please add a link to this forum topic and put ATTENTION BRANDON
