i have subscript eur stock data in tws,when I connect to IB, forex data is displayed successfully,while eur stock data is bound a erro.pls see the attachment,thanks for your favor

Hello silverness,

Can you please make sure the Xetra exchange is enabled in addition to the Default exchange for the BMW stock.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the BMW stock in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit.

If you made any changes, please remove and re-add the BMW stock in your instrument list. Instructions can be found at the link below.

Subsequently create a new chart and check if historical data is loaded.

If the issue remains, please check if you are able to load a minute chart in TWS as per the BMW.
