Range bar problem

I am having a problem with range bar charts particularly when volatility is high, I have attached
a screen shot any idea what the problem may be.

Can you please tell me to what data feed you connect in NinjaTrader.

Does it make a difference if you right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'?

I'm with MB trading the same thing happens with a renko chart but not with 5 minute.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Range bar problem' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
