Please send your log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com so that I can look into it.

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

Same problem here. Demo data feed is spotty. Charts don't move even though I see the B/A quotes moving.

We have reports of a CQG data dis-connection earlier this morning for a very short time. If you are still facing it please restart NinjaTrader and see if you can get the data or not.

Joydeep, I have sent you the log and trace files from my NT7.

I have active quotes but my charts don't move. I must manually refresh the historical data. I have restarted the PC and NT7. Still the same.

After the last refresh the charts started functioning.
