Can't connect to mirus demo w/ legacy NT

Trying to connect to legacy NT version 6.5.1000.19 and get the Login failed: "Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection" message.

I am trying to revive an old program I had from a while back. I noticed that in the newer versions of NT there is a selection during account set-up that allows you to select "demo" or "live" but the legacy version does not have that selection.

Is that the reason why I can't connect? Internet is working fine, yadda, yadda.

Just set up a new new Mirus demo account.

Thank you for your post.

Unfortunately Zen-Fire is no longer supports connections within NinjaTrader 6.5 and in order to connect you must use NinjaTrader 7. I have provided a link below that includes additional information regarding this change.

Hi Chris-

Thanks for your prompt reply. I had a bad feeling about that. Is there another free demo I can use with NT 6.5 (legacy version)? I have but one program left on 6.5 and wanted to give it a quick run before I canned it and did not want to do the custom coding required to get in on NT 7.

I see 6.5 is not actively supported yet it still works for some other things.
