    Import Failure

    Hey guys,

I keep trying to import the jtrange marker with no success. I downloaded it and am going to my Control Center-File-Utilities- Import ninja script and from there I select my downloaded file.

Each time I try this it comes up with: Import Failed - The ninja script archive file may contain duplicate method names that already exist on your PC or there is a required file missing on either you PC or the import archive.

This came up the very first time I downloaded it so I don't think it's possible I have duplicate files and I have used many different sources to download the file deleting the old one each time. Each time I go to import it I get the same message.

Does anyone have any ideas? Am I missing something very basic?

    Hello,

Can you please attach the .zip file you attempting to import? I will need to test this here to see if there is a conflict within the package, or if this is unique to your installation.

        Hello,

Unfortunately this is an indicator designed for V6.5 which uses some unsupported methods and will not currently work in NT V7

I would suggest checking with the author of this indicator to see if he has an NT V7 version.

If you extract the .zip file and open the .CS file in a text editor such as note pad, you will find the authors email.

        Hope that helps.

          Thanks Matthew,

That's a great help. I've sent off the email so hopefully it all works out.

          Cheers!

            Matthew,

I'm trying to save .wav sound files to my sound folder with ninja and it won't allow me. A notice comes up saying

You don't have permission to save in this location. Contact the administrator to obtain permission.

            What do I do here?

            Thank you.

              Hello bjvowles,

Can you please sign into Windows using an administrator account and subsequently save the file. Please see the link below regarding the same Windows error.
