Hello Tiffany,
My colleague Christopher answered your post at the thread below.
Please go to Control Center-->File-->New-->Chart. Set Period-->Type to Range. Enter a value for Period-->Value. More information to create charts can be found at the link below.
In addition, we provide two custom range bar types on our forum. Please check "Version 7 Miscellaneous"
