Infected CliSecure using ESET

Hello NT support!

I've tried to download the CliSecure program it has created for NT (http://www.secureteam.net/Ninja-Net-...r-Pricing.aspx) , but my virus scanner Eset NOD32 gives me always error. When it is active I can't download the exe file, the ESET doesen't let to save it on the disk. During the download I shut down the ESET so it will save. But at the install allowing ESET gives me this error: this file will infect the memory. It is registered an trojan. To try the full trial version, whether occur this error, doesen't give this trojan. What should I do? Anybody has this error? Is an reliable company?

CLISecure is a reputable company and we have hundreds of vendors and users using their services to protect their DLLs.

If this has been tagged as a Trojan, you will need to contact ESET and report this false flag. They can also assist you with asking your installed client to ignore this exe as it should be safe.

Hello Matthew,

I've send this case to ESET, and it responded with a new update, without trojan tag. So I can install it, but after install another program (Comodo http://www.comodo.com) gave me alarm. It detected a malware in the installed CliSecure for NT. I attached the picture. I won't care about not at all and I hope all alarm are fake. :-)
